Preparation of Budgets and Financial Statements

A Financial Statement is provided for each Annual General Meeting, showing all monies collected and disbursed on behalf of the Body Corporate. A Budget is also prepared for each Annual General Meeting, estimating the costs of running the Body Corporate for the next financial year.

Collection of Body Corporate Fees

We send out quarterly, half yearly or yearly accounts for Body Corporate contributions. We receipt and bank these monies in our Trust Account. We follow up outstanding contributions.

Arrangement of competitive insurance premiums

We arrange insurance to cover the body corporate buildings, including garages and carports, tennis courts, gymnasiums, swimming pools and other property owned by the body corporate. The insurance cover also includes public liability, body corporate content insurance, office bearers liability, fidelity and can include volunteers insurance.

NOTE: The following are not covered by Body Corporate building and public liability insurance and separate cover must be arranged by owners and occupiers. We can provide details and advice as required.

Repairs & Maintenance

Repairs and Maintenance Gardeners, plumbers, electricians - arranged by reliable, fully qualified and competent tradespeople - to undertake all necessary maintenance and repairs to the common property of the Body Corporate.
