Our Owners Corporation Managers is a Real Estate Institute of Victoria Accredited Manager. Regular attendance at seminars and training venue ensure up to date knowledge of all aspects of Owners Corporation Management. We manage Owners Corporations in Residential, Commercial and Industrial premises.

A Financial Statement is provided for each Annual General Meeting, showing all monies collected and disbursed on behalf of the Owners Corporation. A Budget is also prepared for each Annual General Meeting, estimating the costs of running the Owners Corporation for the next financial year.
Collection of Owners Corporation Fees
We send out quarterly, half yearly or yearly accounts for Owners Corporation contributions. We receipt and bank these monies in our Trust Account. We follow up outstanding contributions.
Arrangement of competitive insurance premiums
We arrange insurance to cover the Owners Corporation buildings, including garages and carports, tennis courts, gymnasiums, swimming pools and other property owned by the Owners Corporation. The insurance cover also includes public liability, Owners Corporation content insurance, office bearers liability, fidelity and can include volunteers insurance.
PLEASE NOTE: The following are not covered by Owners Corporation building and public liability insurance and separate cover must be arranged by owners and occupiers.
We can provide details and advice as required.
- Landlord's Contents - this covers internal loss due to fire, burglary, plate glass; internal liability for personal injury or material damage due to negligence.
- Landlords may also take out insurance to cover "loss of rents".
Repairs & Maintenance
Repairs and Maintenance Gardeners, plumbers, electricians - arranged by reliable, fully qualified and competent trades people - to undertake all necessary maintenance and repairs to the common property of the Owners Corporation.
- We ensure that all trades people have public liability insurance.
- Arrange payment of all accounts.
- We attend to the payment of all accounts for trades people and insurance etc. on behalf of the Owners Corporation.
Organise and Convene Owners Corporation Meetings
- Our Office will notify all members of each meeting at least 14 days prior to the event. (Meetings are held once yearly).
- We provide financial statements budgets and agendas.
- We record minutes of all meetings and provide a copy of same to all members.
- We advise Owners Corporation members of the requirements of the Act and Regulations in relation to their property; informing them of their rights and responsibilities.
- We issue Owners Corporation certificates to solicitors when a unit is sold or purchased.
